I have ordered an particular product, But unfortunately that product is unable to deliver, I was impressed when i got a call from customer care saying about this and they offered another very good and better product for me.. Actually i was very much impressed about the customer service.

Amazing choice of reasonably priced products that are not very easily available in India; the website is user-friendly and very well categorized; the monthly magazine is useful for creating looks/latest trends/tips and the customer service staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Definitely will be placing more orders in the future!
