PURCHASE

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

B.LAB is designed to make your shopping experience hassle free. To make a purchase, please follow these steps:

STEP 1:

FIND YOUR PRODUCT(S):

  1. If you know the product you want to purchase, click on MAKE UP, SKIN CARE, FRAGRANCES and ACCESSORIES links.
  2. If you are not sure of what you want, then browse our magazine or visit one of the boutiques by clicking MAGAZINE or BEATIQUE for suggestions on solutions for your beauty problems. We will be adding new content to MAGAZINE and BEATIQUEs on a regular basis.
  3. If you know the brand, then use the “BRANDS” link to find your product.

STEP 2:

ADD TO SHOPPING BAG:

Once you find an item you want, click on “ADD TO BAG” on the product page. In some cases, you will have to select “Size” or “Color”.

For example, fragrances come in different sizes (50ml, 100ml, etc) and Lip-Stick come in different colors.

STEP 3:

REVIEW YOUR SHOPPING BAG:

The “Shopping Bag” link on the top right of the page shows the number of items in your shopping bag in parenthesis.

Click on this link to review details.

Now you have two options.

You may return to shopping for other items and continue to add items as described in STEP 2.

If you are ready to complete your purchase, go to STEP 4.

STEP 4:

CHECK-OUT Click on “Check-out”.

You will taken to a page where you can specify other details such as payment options and shipping address.

I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

An account is not necessary to shop at B.LAB. We recommend creating an account so that you enjoy benefits such as:

  1. Review your purchase(s) at any time.
  2. Earn reward points.
  3. Receive exciting promotional offers and be the first one to learn about new products.
  4. Track your orders.
  5. Manage returns and exchanges.
  6. It will save you from having to type your details to simplify your shopping experience next time.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I AM BUYING AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS?

We understand your concern about wanting authentic products. We work directly with the prestige brands and/or their authorized India representatives to bring you the 100% authentic products. Every product we sell carries B.LAB’s unconditional guarantee of its authenticity.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Items which are out of out of stock will be indicated by “Out-of-stock” or “Sold Out”. If you see something that is out of stock and you need it immediately, please contact our customer service department to discuss options.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES ON LISTED PRICE?

No. All prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.

STORE CREDIT

WHAT IS STORE CREDIT AND HOW DO I USE IT?

From time to time, you may receive credits for certain purchases.These credits can be applied against current or future purchases. For example, if you have a Rs. 500 store credit in your account and your total purchase value is Rs. 4000, you will be charged only Rs. 3500 at check-out. Store credits are automatically applied to your purchases. You need to have a registered account with us to get and use store credits.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click on “New User?” Link on Top Left of any page.You will be taken to a registration page where you can create an account within a few minutes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES B.LAB ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards.

CAN I USE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ISSUED OUTSIDE INDIA?

All products sold at B.LAB are sold in Indian Rupees (INR). Please check with your bank to see if your card supports transactions in foreign currencies, specifically INR. Often banks levy a small charge on foreign exchange transactions. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above. Also note we do not ship goods to addresses outside India.

SECURITY

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT B.LAB?

At B.LAB, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. Our system utilizes SSL encryption technology to both store and safely transmit your personal information, including credit card data. Please review our privacy policy for details. Alternatively, you may place your order with our customer service team by telephone.

SHIPPING

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES B.LAB SHIP TO?

B.LAB ships only to Indian addresses.

DOES B.LAB SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?

No.

DOES B.LAB SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Not at this time. You can achieve the same by placing individual orders for each address. For bulk orders, please contact customer service for assistance.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary from location to location. From time to time, we offer free shipping on certain purchases. Please register with us to be informed of all promotions in advance.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE?

We partner with some of the world’s best logistics companies to ensure timely delivery. Some of our shipping partners include Aramex, Gati, Blue Dart and DHL. Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

B.LAB ships all package with insurance protection against transit damages and theft. If you notice that your package is damaged or appears open, you may either refuse to accept delivery or make a note of the damage on the delivery counterfoil when signing for it.
